Can I exchange or return the product?

We only accept exchanges or returns in case of manufacturing defects.
If you choose the wrong size or color, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time is 7 to 26 business days(Portugal); If we have the purchased parts in stock, shipping will take only 2 to 5 business days.

Are the caps one size fits all? Are they reliable?

Yes! All of our caps have adjustable closures, fitting different head sizes.
